On a quiet hillside, a dancer with a gray and tan teardrop head raises one arm as if waving hello. Waving Home places a little silver roofed house beside her and sends four white birds across bands of olive green, red and teal.

Simple figures and a joyful sense of movement are at the heart of much Haitian art. The raised silver on the house roof catches the light beautifully.

This original was painted in Panama by Haitian artists and is signed by the artist. It has been carefully stored and is in very good condition.

It is hand painted on canvas and comes unframed, as a loose canvas, ready for the frame of your choice.

Founded in 1991, TraderBrock celebrates handmade art from Latin America and the people who make it. Haitian paintings have been part of our collection from the very start, and all profits go back into the indigenous artisan communities we work with in Panama.
