Folks, what we have here is a painting with a story. I was in La Arena Panama where I buy ceramics. I went there to see Papito, the artist and owner. I got there early and Papito was out to lunch. So I went back to town and started poking around an art store. I came across a handful of paintings that just took me... I asked about them and the store manager said they were all by a local sixteen year-old artists. Bang! In she walks. Her name is Susajo. I don't remember her first name or maybe that is it. Anyway, after some chatter i bought all her paintings. She was on cloud nine and so was I.
This Toucan is one of them. It was framed but the frame broke in the luggage.
Bruce, it is a dandy and I have one more. This one measures 10" x 8".
The photos will tell you the rest of the story.
